Advantages Of Executive Suites

By Orlando Ring

Business just starting out often go with an executive suite for a short period of time, because it delivers everything they need to get started right away from furniture to a professional appearance. The benefit to these suites is they are already set up and ready for business, and you can typically move right in and set up shop without delay. Before you make that quick leap, you have to learn about the services offered in many of these suites and find a location that is a good fit to your business.

The leases for executive suites typically run in months or sometimes weeks, rather than years. You should be assigned one area with desks and chairs, which you can set for your own needs during the duration of your lease. You might have a single desk and chair, or you might have a larger space.

You can expect to have receptionist services, which means you have someone that will answer phones for you, greet your customers or clients as they come to the building. They will take messages, and may even sort your mail for you. Having a receptionist makes you look very professional and helps you to stay organized because you know someone is collecting messages or forwarding calls.

Cleaning services and basic maintenance services should be provided as well. When you come in to work each day, you should find the trash can empty and the floor neatly swept. If the toilet backs up or a sink refuses to drain, there should be someone to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. These are things that just come with maintaining your rented office space.

You will also have access to the buildings conference rooms so that you can schedule meetings with your staff or potential clients. Moreover, you may also have computers, Internet, and telecommunications set up and ready for your use. All of these services are included in your rent agreement and because there are so many benefits to the executive office suites, many people assume they must be very expensive to lease, but this is simply not true.

You can lease an executive office suite with all the bells and whistles for less than you would if you purchased or signed a long lease on a building that required you to purchase your own furnishing and computers. You also have more flexibility with the ready-made office suites because you may not need a full-time office building especially if you are a smaller building, but you still need an area that you can meet with clients so that you can continue to grow your business.

It is no use renting any type of office space if it does not meet all needs of your business. Make sure you know exactly what you are looking for, and then find a space that meets all of those needs. This is the only way to ensure you will be able to work efficiently while in this short term rental space.
